Lead generation manager (pre-sales)

Our company, Already Media, is rapidly growing and looking to expand our team with new talents. If you have relevant experience and a desire to contribute to our success, we would love to hear from you for the position of Lead Generation Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Research for new partners: Identify potential leads through market research, networking, and outreach initiatives, analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for lead generation
  • Control presales: Manage the presales process, providing support to the sales team in the initial stages of the client engagement
  • Outreach & first Contact: Initiate contact using strategic outbound channels, including LinkedIn, Telegram, professional email sequences, and conference databases.
  • Pipeline Reporting: Maintain an organized database of leads and prospects, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting on lead status and conversion rates

Your expertise:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or presales management
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Russian
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and drive results independently
